Booking in three steps
Everything happens on our booking portal, across three screens that follow one another. On a computer they are named down the left of the screen; on a phone, a progress bar takes their place. The “Next Step” button takes you from one to the next.

Only free slots appear: what you see is bookable. A dropdown above the calendar sets the length of play — an hour, an hour and a half, two hours or another length. Slots start every half hour on any date the calendar shows, with no minimum notice: you can book one starting within the hour.

Leave your details
Your email and phone number, nothing more. No account to create, no password, no bank card. You confirm: the slot is yours, with no approval to wait for.
What happens next
As soon as you confirm, a confirmation email is sent automatically to the address you have just given. It sums up your booking: the court reserved, the date and the time of your slot.
Keep it. It is both your written record and the tool you will need if your plans change: it is from that email that you can cancel, without having to write to us. If you do not see it arrive, check your spam folder first.
Change or cancel your booking
Cancelling is done from your confirmation email, without going through the club and with no minimum notice: the slot can be freed up to the last moment. We simply ask you to think of it early — a slot returned in time is a slot another player can take.
To move a slot, the simplest way is to cancel the one you cannot keep, then take another on the date that suits you.
And if you would rather speak to someone, the portal also shows our details: the club’s phone number and our email address are there, as on our contact us page.

Frequently asked questions
How far ahead can I book a court?
The calendar answers that for you: it opens the dates on which booking is possible, and every slot shown free on those dates can be taken straight away. So there is nothing to work out beforehand — open the portal, and what appears is bookable.
Can I book for right now?
Yes. The portal sets no minimum notice: if a slot is free within the coming hour, you can take it.
What times can I book a court?
The club is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., every day, and slots cover those hours. The portal shows you the ones still free.
How long can I book a court for?
That’s up to you. On the “Date & Time” step, the dropdown above the calendar sets the length of play: an hour, an hour and a half, two hours or another length. Slots start every half hour, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Do I need an account to book?
No. There is no sign-up or login in the process: you enter your details on the last screen, the “Reservation Form”, and confirm. Nothing to pay online either.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
Yes. It is secured the moment you confirm, without waiting for our approval, and a confirmation email reaches you automatically with the court, date and time.
How do I cancel my booking?
From the confirmation email you received. Cancelling needs no request to us and no minimum notice — but the sooner you free the slot, the better for other players.
